Discovering the Multifaceted Talents of Will Rogers at His Memorial Museum

This is one of the MANY Will Rogers quotes that gives me life. For one, Sawyer and I are doing what we love, which is exploring. And to add to that, we've pooled our talents to bring everyone else along with us by making our adventures public to the world. We believe that our videos, social media posts, and now blog will help others to explore right from the comfort of their homes. We LOVE what we are creating! Hope y'all do too 😊
The Will Rogers Memorial Museum was truly a wholesome experience. Going in to it, we knew very little about him. We knew his name, that he had been famous (and still is), and that there is a drink named after him (Coke + Grenadine = a Will Rogers!) We learned that he was SO MUCH more than that. We're inspired to learn even more after this adventure!

We HIGHLY recommend that you add this to your list of places to see. Great for any time of the year. We cannot wait to go back for the events that are held there throughout the year!
What is it?
The Will Rogers Memorial Museum is a place where you can learn about the life and legacy of Oklahoma's Favorite son, Will Rogers. It is also where he and some of his family members are buried. So you can pay tribute to him while you're there as well as learn about his life.

There are many exhibits to visit while you are there, including:
-Galleries with stunning paintings and photos of Will, crafted dioramas of moments in his life, specific aspects of his legacy, roping, and the plane crash that ended his life.
-Will's Study: a room that transports you right to a place he spent time
-Mini-Theatre: where you can see movie posters and sit and watch film
-Radio gallery: here you can learn about how Will was involved in commercial radio in the 20s-30s.
-Rotunda featuring a larger than life statue of Will. Be sure to rub his shoes and make a wish!
